A.G.Georghiou & Co is an established and registered Cyprus firm of qualified accountants and auditors, which was founded in 1993. The firm's partners were trained and qualified in the UK, and have gained wide experience in all aspects of auditing, accountancy, taxation and business consultancy. The firm's offices are situated in Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, from where the whole island is serviced.

We specialize in setting up both offshore and onshore enterprises in Cyprus as well as in providing all necessary services for their smooth operation, also we provide international tax planning, secretarial services, ship and shipping management, computerization and management consultancy services.

Our international and business services departments employ qualified accountants, management consultants, lawyers and other administrative members of staff.

FEE POLICY

It is our policy to keep the fees we charge at the lowest reasonable level and maximize the quality of the services rendered. Familiarization and handover costs are free of charge and in order to encourage our clients to maintain regular contact with us we do not charge for sundry telephone advices.
